Peter Windsor - Sporting Director
More than 35 years of direct Formula One experience sums up Windsor’s credentials in the world’s most prestigious form of motorsport. As one of the most recognizable English-language journalists in Formula One, especially as the face of F1 for SPEED television, Windsor has been required to demonstrate his extensive knowledge and experience on a very regular basis over much of the last three decades. However Windsor’s knowledge goes far deeper than journalism, as he has worked as the Drivers’ and Constructors’ Championship-winning team manager for Williams-Renault, the manager for Ferrari’s F1 chassis and suspension departments and as a consultant for both Nigel Mansell and Carlos Reutemann. Windsor’s experience led to his position as director of Fifty-Four Nine, a driver coaching company for F1, GP2 and F3 stars as well as duties hosting the F1 Global Business Conference and a variety of other F1 business events. Windsor will be responsible for team management and driver selection and development.
